Five ways to get Amazon reviews, side by side

The honest services all give readers a free copy and let them say what they think. They differ in what you pay for, and whether anyone checks that a review actually exists before you're charged.

If you have a tiny budget

Per verified review is the only model where $20 buys a known number of reviews. Listing fees and subscriptions cost the same whether three readers post or thirty.

If you publish often

A subscription can be cheaper at high volume if your books get claimed reliably. Compare the real reviews you got last quarter against the fee, not the headline price.

If you are tempted by swaps

Don't. Reciprocal reviews are the most common reason Amazon removes an indie author's reviews in bulk, often months after launch.

Try one review for $4.

Prepay a single review, see it verified on your Amazon page, then decide.
